Effect Description
Once per session, the wielder may spend 1 Magic Point and a Mech-RP to speak a compliment into the cup. If the Mech-RP mod deems the cup impressed, the wielder’s two lowest attributes are each increased by +1. If the cup is not impressed, the wielder's two lowest stats are decreased by 1 instead.
